Tim & I picked a hotel block. It was pretty simple as we were looking for the best rate more than anything else. The main downside is that is not near the airport and has no airport shuttle either.
The plus side: It is getting renovated over the next 6 months, has an indoor pool & hot tub. There is a small restaurant on site. They also have an over-sized van that will take people to the party and back. It's only $89/night for either a King or 2 queens. Click here to book it.
It is about 7.5 miles to the Church -- Our Lady of Sorrows. It takes about 35 minutes and is 26 miles from the airport. I am hopeful that it will work out for all of you friends.
